Powerful Squall Line Spawns Tornadoes
The Weather Channel's Jim Cantore reported that radar indicated two tornadoes in the Tallahassee area on Friday morning. Severe thunderstorms and a possible tornado tore through the city, downing trees and causing street closures. The deadly multiday severe weather outbreak impacting millions across the US continued into Friday morning with damaging winds, heavy rain, and the threat of more tornadoes.
